# File delivery locations

  Please note that processed files are automatically deleted after 7 days, so make sure to download them as soon as they are delivered.
</Warning>

## Subscription plans

You can download your files directly from your dashboard by clicking the three-dot menu under the **Actions** column and selecting **Download**.

## One-time plans

Your processed files will be sent to you via email. If you do not see the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Downloads from one-time plans do not appear on your dashboard.
