# Requesting a refund

To request a refund, please review our [refund policy](https://baidudl.com/refund-policy) first to confirm your purchase is eligible. Once confirmed, contact us at [support@baidudl.com](mailto:support@baidudl.com) with your account email, transaction receipt, and the reason for your request.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
