Sharing processed links is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service. Unusual or excessive download activity across many different IP addresses may result in the link being disabled.

Unique downloads

Each processed file download link is limited to 10 unique downloads. A unique download is counted when the link is accessed from a new network or public IP address. Downloading the same file again from the same device and same network usually does not count again. This limit is designed to cover normal personal use, including retrying failed downloads, resuming interrupted downloads, downloading on another device, or keeping a backup copy.

Failed downloads and VPNs

For large downloads, we recommend using a stable connection without VPNs, proxies, Cloudflare WARP, iCloud Private Relay, browser privacy relays, antivirus web shields, or download acceleration tools. These services may route your download through different public IP addresses, which can cause failed downloads, interrupted resume attempts, or extra unique download counts. If your download fails, try resuming it from the same browser, same device, and same internet connection. Avoid switching between Wi-Fi, mobile data, VPNs, or proxy services while downloading. Once the unique download limit is reached, the link will no longer be accessible and cannot be reset or extended automatically. If you believe the limit was reached because of a technical issue, please contact support.
