If you encounter an error when submitting a link, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
  • No remaining link credits: You may have used all of your available link credits for the current billing cycle. You can check your remaining credits on your dashboard.
  • Not subscribed to a plan: Submitting links requires an active subscription or a one-time plan purchase.
  • Unstable internet connection: A dropped or unstable connection during submission can cause an error. Try refreshing the page and resubmitting.
