Listed times are estimates based on previous orders and may vary. Links containing a large number of individual files (for example, 50,000+) will generally take longer to process than a single file of the same total size.

If you have not received your files after 24 hours, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting us, as delivery emails are sometimes filtered automatically. If the email is not there either, please reach out to us at support@baidudl.com, as you may be eligible for a full refund if your request meets the conditions outlined in our Guaranteed Delivery Policy.

For Large Files, Massive Files, and Huge Files, please allow up to 5 days from payment for delivery. If your files aren’t delivered within 5 days of payment, you are eligible for a full refund. Our team will do its best to issue the refund after this period, you can also contact support@baidudl.com to request it.
